Who owns the character and the conversation data?
You do. The character IP, the approved knowledge base, and all fan conversation data belong to the IP owner. Helika is the infrastructure layer — we operate it, we don't own what runs on it.
What does pricing look like?
Engagements start with a fixed-fee closed pilot covering setup, configuration, and the eight-week deployment. Ongoing pricing scales with deployment footprint (channels, character count, interaction volume). No per-seat or per-fan licensing.
Can we start with one character and expand later?
Yes — most partners do. The platform layer is built so additional characters are configured on top of the same infrastructure rather than rebuilt from scratch. Adding character two is dramatically faster than character one.
What happens to the character if we end the engagement?
Character rules, conversation logs, and analytics are exportable at any time. There is no lock-in on your IP or your data.
